Kate is a native Rhode Islander, graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, and now Principal Broker of The Portfolio Properties. As a RI licensed salesperson since 2010, Kate began her career specializing in real estate leasing. This gave her a strong appreciation and value for investment property and the advantages of leveraging equity. As the broker of The Portfolio Properties, Kate is focused on the administration, regulation management, and market trends to ultimately benefit our valued clients.
